KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF 2025 AND OUTLOOK FOR 2026

01 January 2026

WHAT A YEAR! 🎉

Welcome, 2026! Before we dive into everything the new year has in store, we’re taking a moment to look back on the achievements that shaped our journey in 2025. It was a year defined by acceleration, breakthrough milestones and record setting performance across the Parcelly network.

2025 exceeded expectations in every way. We achieved more than 30% PUDO volume growth, broke multiple internal records, and celebrated our strongest operational performance to date. December stood out as a landmark month: we surpassed 100,000 weekly PUDO parcels benchmark, hit an all-time high monthly volume, and set three new daily parcel volume records, including one on Christmas Day.

Across the network, momentum was unstoppable. Dark store and warehouse orders rose by 8%, and Parcelly now onboarded more than 5,000 store partners. Our service diversification strategy accelerated, delivering 99.5% store capacity availability across all multi-carrier locations, with 80% of sites now embracing multi-carrier operations. Customers collected at record speed, with an impressive average dwell time of just 2.5 hours, reinforcing the network’s growing efficiency.

One thing is clear: Parcelly isn’t just growing. We are scaling, innovating and setting the pace for what’s next.

#Vision2026 – Powering the Future of PUDO Tech

Last year, Parcelly continued to cement its position as an undeniable powerhouse with our state-of-the-art PUDO technology continuing to push the boundaries of what seamless, flexible, multicarrier enterprise-scale operations can look like. As the UK’s only tech-first parcel shop platform, we’ve never aimed to simply keep up with industry change…we’ve been driving it.

We focused heavily on internal upgrades that strengthened our proprietary, IP tested technology and enhanced the AI and mobile first, interoperable workflows and data driven orchestration at the core of our platform. These enhancements were put to the test during the busiest period of the year, where our app delivered 100% uptime throughout Peak 2025 — seamless, stable, and consistently reliable.

Our platform took a major leap forward with the rollout of DHL’s label free parcel processing, making parcel handovers even faster, smoother, and more intuitive for courier, shop staff, but importantly consumers.

But the evolution didn’t stop there. Publically and brand related, we unveiled our brand-new website, reaffirming our bold tech first identity. With a refreshed UX, sleeker navigation, and our new 3D hero visuals, the site now reflects the innovation happening under the hood of our platform every day.

And if there was ever a moment that validated our mission, it was winning Logistics Technology Provider of the Year at the Logistics Awards UK. Against the largest field of applicants to date, our 2025 entry distinguished itself by highlighting how Parcelly solves complex logistics challenges through a robust, datacentric platform designed to scale and be used by blue-chip carrier brands. This recognition not only celebrates the work we’ve done in 2025 but confirms the momentum we’re bringing into 2026 and beyond.

Consolidation of Ownership

Parcelly marked a major step forward this year by bringing the majority of its shares under the direct control of its leadership team, reinforcing a unified vision for the company’s future. Backed by strong performance and increasing parcel volumes, the business entered its next phase with a streamlined structure, renewed confidence from its directors, and clear momentum toward expanding its technology capabilities and European footprint.

Why this is so significant: this shift concentrated decision-making, strengthened long-term stability, and ensured the company can move faster in delivering innovation and sustainable growth across key markets.

New Partnerships & Industry Presence

In 2025, we continued to build on our dynamism by strengthening strategic partnerships with both longstanding and newly onboarded carrier and retail partners. A key highlight, was the launch of a unified partnership module with Herbert Retail , integrating our PUDO network to streamline equipment exchanges across its engineering fleet, powered by APC Overnight.

Across the year, we attended and exhibited at a range of industry events selected in line with our strategic agenda established at the start of 2025. Some of these roudshow highlights include The Retail Technology Show and where we connected with leading retailers and exploring key industry trends, from AI and omnichannel innovation to sustainability and future-proofing retail operations. We also strengthened our presence at major sector gatherings such as the Retail Supply Chain & Logistics Expo, Parcel and Post Expo, eCommerce Expo, and the Internet Retailing Expo (IRX). A particular highlight was Transport Logistics in Munich, which provided invaluable insights into global supply chain advancements and intralogistics innovations.

As well as logistics technology provider of the year, Parcelly also won Best UK Logistics Business at the 2025 Haulage and logistics awards. This recognition highlighted our industry leading focus on efficiency, customer experience, and innovation across our rapidly expanding UK network.

Strategic Growth Initiatives

In Q4 we relaunched our growth strategy for the German market, with our field sales team travelling across Germany to pitch directly to prospective partner stores, introducing them to the benefits of joining our rapidly expanding network. Businesses were invited to become Parcelly partners and benefit from increased footfall, additional revenue opportunities, and a simple, low maintenance setup. With our platform managing the logistics, onboarding remained quick and straightforward.

Complementing this outreach, we also launched a nationwide summer radio advertising campaign on SUNSHINE LIVE, one of Germany’s leading electronic music stations, reaching over 1.6 million daily listeners. This enabled us to broaden our visibility and further accelerate partner acquisition across the country, driving our store conversion.

2026 Outlook: Driving What’s Next

As the new year unfolds, Parcelly will continue to amplify and enhance its offering through:

  • Strategic growth into Ireland with support from Centra.
  • A broader and more advanced micro fulfilment offering and hyperlocal warehousing with new clients joining early 2026 in the UK and Germany.
  • In 2025, we leveraged our AI engines to enhance operational efficiency and scanning performance. Building on this foundation, we are now extending these capabilities into new service verticals and deeper into communication and network management across the business.

Technology is becoming increasingly central to the logistics sector, and 2026 is expected to mark a shift toward much deeper integration across supply chains. Landmark Global notes that while 2025 focused on stabilising the industry through stronger data flows for ICS2 and improved management of return rates, the year ahead will see AI move firmly into everyday logistics operations. This direction is supported by Stone Group, which reports that investment in 2026 will concentrate on automation and digitalisation. Key areas of focus include route optimisation and telematics, digital compliance and tracking systems, and tools that enhance fleet efficiency. Together, these developments point toward a more connected, intelligent and data driven logistics environment.

One of the defining trends for 2026 is the way shoppers choose to receive their parcels, with behaviour accelerating the rise of out-of-home (OOH) delivery across Europe. According to DHL eCommerce, reports that 35% of European consumers now prefer to collect orders from OOH locations. In the UK, the shift is even more pronounced: nearly three in four opt for OOH when returning items (76%), with parcel shops leading the charge at 57% and lockers gaining traction at 19%. This growing adoption signals more than convenience; it is reshaping the entire post-purchase experience. Retailers that integrate OOH options into their fulfilment and returns strategies can transform returns from a cost centre into a loyalty driver, creating smoother exchanges, reducing operational waste, and turning logistics into a brand-building opportunity.

Moreover, as highlighted by the CEO of Veho, trust and transparency are fast becoming the most valuable assets in delivery. After years of unpredictable service and complex pricing, businesses now demand clarity and consistency from their logistics partners. Cost alone is no longer enough; brands want carriers that provide dependable performance and actionable insights. Parcelly’s technology delivers exactly that, using real-time data and reliable processes to build confidence and strengthen customer relationships. In a market where trust drives loyalty, this approach sets a new standard for success.

Besides this and following the rise of low emission and zero emission zones across Europe, sustainable last mile delivery is moving rapidly to the top of the industry agenda. A report by nShift maps how Cities are rethinking how goods flow through urban environments as congestion, environmental targets and shifting customer expectations continue to reshape delivery models. Many European pilots show that shifting more parcels to out of home networks can significantly lower costs carbon output by reducing failed deliveries and unnecessary kilometres. At the same time, electric cargo bikes, battery powered vans, urban micro hubs and smarter routing tools are helping carriers increase delivery density and reduce empty miles. With Parcelly is the only tech-first100 carrier agnostic platform amongst UK providers. These shifts signal 2026 where sustainable last mile solutions become standard practice rather than optional addons.

As we closed 2025, one trend became increasingly clear: the out-of-home delivery market is entering a phase of rapid structural change. Across Europe and the UK, carriers, retailers and infrastructure providers are accelerating investments in parcel lockers, pickup networks and urban micro-fulfilment capabilities. As these physical networks expand, the real competitive advantage is shifting away from hardware and toward the intelligence layer that connects them — automation, data, interoperability and operational efficiency. Parcelly was built with exactly this future in mind. Our carrier-agnostic platform, AI-driven parcel management technology and scalable store network position us uniquely at the intersection of infrastructure and software, enabling carriers and retailers to unlock the full potential of their out-of-home operations

In line with these forward-looking projections, Parcelly operates at the convergence of evolving consumer behaviour, accelerated digital transformation and intensifying sustainability mandates. Its API-native, cloud-orchestrated PUDO infrastructure dynamically optimises capacity, routing and demand allocation in real time, empowering retailers to scale elastically, compress fulfilment windows and deliver consistently frictionless omnichannel experiences wherever demand materialises. As the sector advances toward deeper platform interoperability and low-impact last-mile ecosystems, Parcelly’s proprietary, mobile-first technology layer provides a modular, automation-ready foundation engineered for rapid integration, continuous optimisation and sustainable European-wide delivery at scale.

Despite a turbulent year marked by geopolitical tension, economic pressure and regulatory changes, Parcelly delivered exceptional growth and continued to move from strength to strength. The year ahead will reveal how these industry forces converge, but one thing is certain, Parcelly is entering 2026 with powerful acceleration and a clear vision for what comes next.

From the entire Parcelly team, we wish you an exciting, rewarding and opportunity filled 2026!!! We look forward to another year of exceptional achievements.
