As our network has grown, so has the recognition we've received across multiple platforms. These reviews help tell the story of the people, technology and partnerships that make Parcelly what it is today.

As many of you know, a parcel journey involves multiple touchpoints along the way. When something goes wrong, feedback can occasionally be directed towards Parcelly, even when the issue originates elsewhere in the delivery journey.

Whether you're in the UK, Ireland or Germany, your contribution helps power the Parcelly experience. You are the people welcoming customers into store, processing collections and returns, supporting consumers face-to-face and bringing our technology to life on the ground.
In many cases, the Parcelly logo window sticker sits proudly in your windows. When a customer chooses a Parcelly location, they are choosing your business. You are often the first interaction they have with our network and an essential part of the service experience.
That is why we'd love to hear about your experience of working with us.
